RA Power Solutions supplies undersized bearings and crankpin bearings for marine and power plant engines for YANMAR, MAN, DAIHATSU, and MAK. We also have standard bearings for various engine models. If the crankshaft journal is ground smaller than the standard size, undersized bearings are required. The bearing must match the crankshaft's final diameter to maintain proper clearance and ensure the engine runs smoothly. We also provide YANMAR 6N18AL-DN/DV bearings for engines with a normal journal diameter of about 145 mm. Bearing selection is done after grinding the crankshaft diameter. Then the correct main bearing or crankpin bearing is chosen according to the final size and necessary clearance.
